Working on major housing schemes typically involves providing complete production packages up to 3 years in advance of construction, and therefore our involvement during the construction phase of that type of project varies from site to site.

Our more bespoke designs require a close attention to detail and frequent attendance on site during the construction process; however the end product is often private being a family home of considerable value which our clients may desire to keep outside of the public domain. Publishing photographs of completed projects can therefore be sensitive.

In this portfolio we aim to show typical examples representative of the various genres of projects we regularly have on the drawing board, being a small sample of the many hundreds of new dwellings we work on every year.
